OSX Not Bootable after Intel SSD (Attempted) Installation?! HELP!

Hello,

I just installed my 2nd Intel Gen2 SSD (80gb) for a win7 installation. I installed it into my 4th drive bay in my '09mac pro quad, but it osx it is not seen at all!

Disk utilities does not see it, how do i get this ssd usable?

...okay...

so not i tried putting the new ssd into drive 3 (instead of 4) to see if it was the drive bay that wasn't working properly, i restart and now the computer does not recognize ANY osw installations at all.

I restart holding down ALT and it only sees my old bootcamp xp installation...

what the h&*(&*( is going on?!?!

alright... removed all but the osx ssd and it finally started in osx. formatted the new ssd using diskutilities, and proceeded from there...

... why all the fuss?
