Help!

I've come away with my Apple TV (2nd Generation) and new MBP running OSX Yosemite, but have forgotten my Apple TV's remote.

Is there any way I can have my MBP spoof my home access point so I can use my iPhone to regain control of my Apple TV?

It seems that I can create an Ad Hoc network in OSX Yosemite, but cannot set a password, which my Apple TV is presumably expecting...

N.B. There are no ethernet ports I can connect my Apple TV to, so that option is out for me!

Thanks!

Unfortunately Yosemite drops the ability to set a password when creating an ad hoc network. Any other ideas?!
