OSX Yosemite missing Bootcamp app

I recently updated my rMBP with OS X Yosemite and I was wanting to install Windows 7 on a second partition using Bootcamp. Anyway I went into the application folder but I cannot find the Bootcamp app. Did Yosemite come with Bootcamp or will I have to download it separately? Please advise.
