OSXFUSE and Ext file system

Hi,
I have installed OSXFUSE and SSHFS on MacOS Sierra, but I can't find any info on how to use it.
I have a USB Linux disk (/dev/disk11*) but I don't know how to mount it.
I've tried what I know with the "mount" command, but nothing does the trick.
Any help appreciated.

SSHFS is for mounting drives on other computers/via network. Does that fit what you want?
