iOS OTA (Over The Air) Installed App, Cant Delete It

Hey our app is downloadable through OTA (Over The Air/Website)


and with iOS7 i noticed a bug, the "temporary" app icon when the app is downloading stays there, and if i press it gets stuck on "installing" even though the app is already installed and the installed app icon is right next to it.



i tried turning it on and off, any suggestions/solutions?
