ios 11 beta: When connected to a WiFi network, my iPhone 6s+ and iPad Pro 9.7” cant see new OTA updates. It actually errors out when I go to General - Software Update after searching for a while.

It works just fine on LTE. I can’t find a list of ports it could be trying to use, however I’m confident I’m not blocking any outbound connections or ports from the particular WiFi networks I’m using.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I’d suggest deleting the beta profile, rebooting, installing it again, and then rechecking in Settings. That should fix things.

Tried that twice on each device. No luck. On occasion throughout iOS 11 I’ve been able to pop it into airplane mode then it’ll check briefly, but I can’t consistently reproduce that.

I’d assume you’ve also tried the whole reboot/hard reset approach as well, which hasn’t worked.

Although it’s not an optimum solution (just a workaround), have you tried updating via iTunes?
