OTB 1.1.2 IPHONE bootloader 4.x Unlock TURBOSIM

Can anyone please confirm if a OTB (out of the box) 1.1.2 US iPhone with
the new 4.x bootloader can be unlocked with the TURBOSIM method...

There's a guy in UK that claims this is possible, i want to confirm.

Is it possible to fake the AT&T chip with a Braizilian operator chip?

Tubo Sim works if downgraded to 1.0.2

Yes...I can confirm that Turbo Sim does unlock the OTB 1.1.2 with the new bootloader. What I had to do was downgrade back to version 1.0.2. I activated with a valid ATT sim, stuck the Turbo Sim and TMobile Sim back into the phone (it's going to say different sim), then had to hit activate again (using the Windows GUI Installer).

I tried downgrading to 1.1.1 and it didn't work. If anyone has accomplished this, let me know, but I can confirm its working for 1.0.2.

I forgot to mention that you can install app tapp for firmware 1.0.2 and ithen update to the new installer 3. It has all the pograms on it like the 1.1.2 version. the only thing your going to miss on the downgrade is the itunes wi-fi store, which I don't use anyway.
