First I have to say that I've tried googling my issue but it's hard to describe the problem in a google search.

My problem is that a few minutes after I log in only the currently focused program work properly. Actually it's kinda like I can't change focus on programs, I'm stuck with the current program in focus, I can still trigger action in other programs by clicking on buttons or rightclicking but I can't get the keyboard to work with them and in the statusbar on the top keeps the working programs actions (like if I click into coda now it still say Chromium and Coda doesn't seem to catch any keyboard events, instead Chromium catches them and put the characters in the active textarea). This is a really strange problem which I've never experienced before.

Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix?

The problem started today. I joined a new wifi network and everything crashed and the computer "froze" or well I could still move the mouse but then I were stuck, at first I couldn't get any of my accounts to work at all, they all "froze" shortly after logon before even finder loaded so I tried lots of things to get it working and after a while I figured out how to get it kinda working, I mounted the hdd in single user mode and renamed /Library/Keychains/system.keychain. After that my main account (the one I were logged in to when I joined the wifi) still had the same problem but my extra account got this problem where I could use the computer as normal for a few minutes before it bugged. So I tried adding a new account but the new account got the same problem. If anyone have any ideas on how to fix it or what my be wrong I would be very grateful.

Edit: It seems like the problem isn't related to how much times has passed by since I logged in but rather to how many applications I launch, after the autostart applications om my extra account I can launch coda and chromium but when I launch sequel/navicat and photoshop the problem appear. The autostarting applications are Skype and Alfred. That would also explain why my main user account bug at logon instead of after I've been using it a while. By disabling autostart on Alfred and Skype I can run chromium, coda and photoshop, I can do SQL management with php so now I can almost do my job however if I don't find a solution today I'll swap the HDD and let the computer reinstall over night and use the fresh install until I find a working solution since I need the computer in my job. If any one got any clue at all please tell me. I really have no idea what may be wrong.

Edit2: Might not bet related to number of applications launcher either since the bug appeared now again without me launching any additional applications.
