other headphones with mic/controls?

well ill be getting a new iphone4 and i thought its going to have a new headphone design but its the same..and i dont want to use this cheap headphone from apple anymore but i like the controls..plus the mic on apple sucks..

is there 3rd party headphones that have controls/mic just like apples?

The Beats headphones (Solo and Studio) have pretty well-designed mic/playback controls. They're pretty expensive though.
