iPod Other language characters doesn't show up correctly in iPod/iTunes

I have a question, I listen to allot of Russian music (I'm Russian) the most of the MP3 songs tags are in Cyrillic. When I upload music to computer I can see the right encoding in viewer "explorer" but when I'm importing those songs/albums to iTunes library all characters are messed up. Any ideas?
