Hello,

I am really having a hard time here. Since a couple of days people I sent emails to cannot see the attached PDFs and JPGs. It works find with DOC or RTF but something is happening with PDFs and JPGs. Is anybody having the same issues. This is really driving me crazy since I have Mail linked with my work account (Exchange server). any help will be appreciated.
 
Check how your attachments are sent

I have had problems with Windows users viewing attachments, in Mail you need to have Edit > Attachments > Send Windows-Friendly Attachments and Insert Attachments at End of Message checked. The Send Windows-Friendly Attachments seems to stick, but I have to add the Insert Attachments at End of Message each time.
