Other Port Blockers out there besides Little Snitch?

I was wondering if anyone could suggest some other port blockers than little snitch.

Nope. There was few for Tiger but not for Leopard. LS is also the best one. It's just 29$ so buy it if you really need it, it's cheaper than CS4 anyway.

You could always use the built in firewall? or ipfw from console

I can't find other use for that Maybe some who need better and more accurate firewall than OS X offers. Mainly it's made for CS4 though
