Now I don't mean to start some heated discussions here but this video shows a program that seems to be a lot better than Siri in terms of functionality.

Unfortunately elegance is a big priority for me so I couldn't buy an android phone.

Apple needs to implement controlling settings with Siri.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_0 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9A334 Safari/7534.48.3)

That's a *finished* program vs. a beta program. Not entirely fair to compare just yet. I'm betting on the long term future of Siri.

Apple has never been one to allow a lot of control over it's hardware and software. They had always reserved that for themselves. They are offering the user a "complete" software/hardware package with little customization available.
