"Other" System Preferences no longer loading on startup/login?

I recently did a clean install of ML on my MBP.

One of the first things I've noticed is that third-party System Preference panes can no longer be registered as startup apps?
These panes that include "Launch at Startup" no longer seem to register in the Login Apps tab on the User pane.

The prefpanes that I'm having issues are as following;
MediaLink, PasteBot, Screens Connect, AirServer.

All of the above have an option to start on login, but none do.

Anyone else having this issue or have a remedy?

Old post but this explains my problem to a "T". New mac mini but none of the "other" category will load on startup. Searched but couldn't fine anything. Any idea's on a fix?
