The title says it all.
I spilt tea on my macBook Pro in the corner by the power button, half of the keyboard and the tracpad still worked. I bought an ancillary keyboard and everything worked fine until I stupidly turned off the computer using the trackpad. Now when I depress the power button it does not start, hence I wondered if there is another way to start it?
Most of my files are backed up and it is not worth spending money on it as I have been thinking of buying a new one anyway.
