Im not bashing the activity of these forums.. This is quite lively. But im looking for something more web development based:

Basically I have taken intro web design classes (dreamweaver) in my college. I am looking into creating a basic webpage to launch onto the internet and would like to read/post in an active forums where I can learn everything and everything web design.

Sitepoint.net is a pretty good forum for all things web designer/developer-wise and webdesignforums.net always used to be friendly.
