Hi-

I recently ordered ram and a HD to use for Time Machine for my Mac Pro. All arrived in NY two days later ($12 for UPS Blue w/insurance). The online chat info was a great help with pre order tech questions.

Everything installed quickly and easily and was recognized properly as soon as I booted up. The memory heat sinks are very beefy perhaps more so than the OEM. The Apple memory does specify it's lead free however.

Absolutely. I'm in Belgium, and yet am getting stuff ordered at OWC on the second business day. Always a great pleasure to deal with OWC.
