I've got an Otterbox Armor case for my Iphone 5 and I need to get it replaced under warranty. Otterbox have a process in place whereby you email them a photo of it and the product code plus serial number. They should be located on the inside of the case. I've looked everywhere, but cannot locate either the product code or serial number. Any ideas folks?? Oh and it was bought from a reputable shop, so don't think it's fake.

The case that the otterbox came it. Like the packaging. There is nothing on the otterbox ITSELF, but when I had mine (commuter case) replaced, they needed the number from the actual package that the otterbox came in.

Hope this helps
