So I used the iphone 5 defender otterbox almost 2 years and it was amazing. Now I got a defender for the 5c....what the heck were they thinking? They completely changed the entire design, which is hard to tell from the photos on their website.

My main problem is that there are "cut-outs" in the screen protector for the home button and camera. There is nothing around these cut-outs, just a sharp-ish plastic edge that will allow dirt and dust to get into it in no time.

I need a dust/dirt proof case, with tight-fitting screen protection that can withstand possible high falls onto concrete (think construction work).

Water proof isn't necessary, as I looked into lifeproof. I read numerous reviews about the case being potentially bad for voice calls, like people can't hear you talk through the case. Also some youtube reviews the screen protectors looked "bubbly" or "baggy."

Thanks again for any responses!
