Otterbox Defender - Dust Protection?

I have been looking for a case which I can use for work. I work in construction and have been looking at the otterbox defender but seeing the videos of it I noticed it looks like it has cut outs for the camera on the back and also the front which don't look protected.

Can anyone who owns this case tell me if this is the case as I need the case to be sealed really to stop the dust getting in.

If this is so can anyone recommend one which is fully sealed and provides the same amount of protection as the otterbox?

Yes, the front and rear cameras are fully exposed as are the speakers on the Otterbox defender.

The case I'm waiting for is Lifeproof for the iPhone 5.

Yes, it completely covers the phone.

I'm also waiting for the Lifeproof case. It is dust proof as well as waterproof.
