Otterbox defender issues

For some reason the bottom of the otterbox defender flap that covers the charging port doesn't seem to stay shut. It also literally takes me 10 minutes to get the flap flush with the case. This can't be normal, anyone else have this issue?

Happened with both of mine. I just started using the Speck instead.

Great so I guess this is a widespread issue with these cases. Fiancé bought me the case for valentines day.

Contact Otterbox customer service and they will send you a new one.

The camo versions have a way stiffer silicone skin. They never pop out and the flaps all stay put even when pulling the phone out of a tight pocket.

I had so many issues with Otterbox cases that I just gave up on them. Switched to a Griffin Survivor case and couldn't be happier. In terms of price & protection, they're about the same, but Griffin pulls it off better in my opinion.
