OTTERBOX Defender Pro and Qi Devices?

Hello - has anyone else experienced issues charging their iPhone 12 Pro with an Otterbox Defender Pro case? I can't get three different devices to work with the case. I took the rubber casing off and it worked great, so I think there may be an issue with the "Antimicrobial" material they use with the defender pro.

This seems like it would be a design flaw (since the product description says it is Qi compatible on the Otterbox site).

I use one of the old Samsung Qi chargers to charge my 12 Pro Max and I haven't had issues with it and the OtterBox Defender Pro but I can't speak for other chargers.
