just got the defender for iPhone 4s. everything is fine except for the built in screen protector, it pixelates the display very much. is this normal, and has anyone else have this problem.

otterbox defender screen problems

Doesn't sound normal, unless there's an issue with the 1st gen cases. The 4s just came out, and Otterbox has already released an updated case, so there very well may be.
Quick and dirty solution: Rip the thing off and use your own screen protector. Or, you may want to call Otterbox.
