Will it work with front and back Zagg?

It's a nice case, however it seems production-rushed. It's not as slim as people are saying. It's actually not much thinner than the Commuter.

The biggest gripe I have with this case is that it is loose and it constantly makes a creaking noise. I like a nice tight case. I'm tempted to call OtterBox up and exchange it for a commuter.

I think OtterBox's quality has gone WAY down since they started out. Their cases are hit and miss. The Commuter I had on my 3GS was perfect. The one on the 4 was tough to get on and had razor sharp edges.

In 2 years, the best product I've seen from them is the iPad Reflex.

I thought (from the website description/youtube) that the airspace was the cushion, i.e. that's their intended design?

I couldn't agree more on the quality dropping with Otterbox. I've told them as much in an email exchange that's ongoing with one of the CSR's. He's currently trying to figure out something when it comes to the two Commuters I ordered directly from Otterbox that have issues with the new silicone (much firmer, less pliable, shell doesn't want to seat correctly on two corners).

I have one of the Commuters that was purchased from a local AT&T store and it has the softer, normal silicone and works perfectly. The shells from the two new ones work perfectly with that silicone piece as well...so it's clearly the new, stiffer silicone that's causing the problems.

The CSR has tried to convince me the newer silicone is better, but after using a Commuter on my 3GS for 2 years and the one on my 4S for almost a month, I beg to differ. I simply don't understand why they changed it. Another annoyance...the port covers don't actually have nubs that go into the headphone jack and 30-pin connector. They're literally just covers that sit on top of them, so they have a tendency to not want to lay flat.

These new Commuters are just a circle-jerk all-around.

It is. You're right, but it's not an air tight cushion like its intended. I put a screen protector on and it was a tight fit, but the protector was so stressed that it literally tore on the screen. This is so frustrating. I waited 2 weeks for this case.
