otterbox replace my case but a defective case

otterbox send me a new case for my old one that the case sort of but the new one the phone not fit it!

is it me or is that back plate white?

You have a official white iphone or a replacement back plate in white?

Seems like that white back plate is a tad thicker than the original black one?

That's exactly what it appears to be and if so that's why it will not. It will only fit the phone.

in my old otterbox the white back fit normally same as blackplate in that new case not

they might of made the fit tighter on the new one.

That plate sure does look thicker than the stock one. Im almost positive thats why it wont fit.
