Otterbox- Symmetry/Lumen Scratches Easily

I have purchased both the Otterbox Symmetry and Lumen cases for my 15PM and noticed that there are significant problems with the inside scratching within a week of use.

It seems like there is a thin film that runs along the back of the case which scratches very easily. This is not removable and makes all scratches noticeable in sunlight.

Has anyone else had this experience with these products?

My Lumen case was heavily scratched on the inside out of the box. OtterBox is replacing it, but the next one may be the same.
