OtterBox was very good about replacing my original statement case. They sent me a new one.Unfortunately the quality of the reception on the other end is complete static and muffled. When I’m speaking on my phone I cannot hold it up to my ear as the party cannot hear me. I either have to speak with the speaker or take the case off completely to hold the phone to my ear. What’s up with this?
