Out of Office - Different color in Calendar

I am using Mail/Calendar at my work, Is there a way to have Out of Office show up as different color in "Calendar" like it does show in Outlook (Exchange).

AFAIK, the Mac's calendar can only show the one color per calendar...you can't even change an individual event's color.

The same issue exists for Google users.
