So when you pre-order online now are they out of stock?

If so, does that mean that there will be no iPhones available to buy on release day at Apple Stores, Verizon Stores, Best Buys etc?

Or do they have a certain amount of phones for pre-order and a certain amount of phones to in-store release day sales?
