I am getting this message out of the blue. My Macbook Pro is a year old and I never saw this?

Do I allow? is it a bug or a virus?

I got it when I went in and messed with keychains, I did the "Keychain healer" option and it fixed it. I no longer get that to pop up. I am new to mac SO maybe someone else can explain the "keychain healer" option in OSX. I stumbled upon it and used it. That made it go away on my MacBook Air Rev B.
