Out of the box - Low Battery + end of story!

Hello,

Just got an AW.

Out of the box message: Low Battery. To continue, connect Apple Watch to its charger.

I used cable from box + 2 different Apple bricks. I also tried to charge it with my Mac. Tried different power outlets around the house.
Restarted multiple times + force restarts + I could (from the tiny wheel) perform factory resets.

Nothing changed.

Total charging time: 6h.
And this message doesn’t go away.

I am going in tomorrow for a replacement, but I’d like to see if anyone has ever encountered this issue.
If yes, did you solve it? How?

Only replace is an option - if it stayed for a long time in dead battery then for sure it damaged the battery cell

Thanks! Yes, thankfully, I already spoke with them and they will replace it for me tomorrow.
