You would think Apple would have updated their official Support Articles for a feature that was improved with the iPhone 14/14 Pro/14 Pro Max.

The article entitled Use Night mode on your iPhone makes absolutely no mention of the newest iPhones.

How long does it usually take Apple to update these Support Articles?

Yes, I see the published date at the bottom of the article, but there's no excuse why this hasn't been updated yet.

Same as having no excuse of installing iOS 16 that render new phone unable to activate. Same as having no excuse to intentionally release a device with weaker frame and prone to bending. Among all of the issues, not updating their support article for the latest device is close to the bottom of the list of importance that matters to most people. I wouldnt sweat over it.

Give them a couple months and things will be updated eventually. Or you can just send feedback.

Can you cite any reputable sources for all of those things you mentioned--especially where you claim that the iPhone 14 Pro and /or the 14 Pro Max have a weaker frame that is prone to bending?

the first one you can literally find it in MacRumors forum. The second one refers to iPhone 6 era bend gate. Also, the Main point is fixing support article isn’t the most pressing thing people would care. They have priorities.

oh, if you only accept apple as reputable source, then apple is perfect without any issues, which is not true.

Jeez, Rafael, the iPhone 14 Pro series has no more tendency to bend with normal use than any other iPhone. I'll get my vise grips and report back. 😉

I never did that!

Shirasaki did.

Only she didn't clarify in her initial reply to my post that she wasn't talking about the iPhone 14/Pro/Pro Max.

My post was regarding the iPhone 14 lineup not being mentioned in the support article I linked to.

Then she came out of nowhere talking about the iPhone 6-era bendgate.

If my post was about the iPhone 14 lineup, the least she could've done is clarify that she was talking about an iPhone that was released a little over 8 years ago!
