Outgoing audio problems on 4S

Hello,
I have strange outgoing calls audio problems- when I call to someone, I cannot hear any signal till and completely no sound untill I hit speaker button and then reverse to earpiece. I discovered that this happens only when I have been using Siri for a while. Then the first call I make brings this problem. Any advices if this is software or hardware problems and do I have to wait for the next iOS update before hit the genious bar?

Here is a 103 page thread on the "Outgoing Audio problem" issue on the official Apple forum. Only remedy is to try another replacement that work for some but not others
