Outgoing Mail Server Popup Menu

Hi,

Recently I updated to 10.10 Yosemite, but I was disappointed to discover the popup menu that lets you select the outgoing mail server when sending a message has disappeared. Is there any way to bring this popup menu back when sending messages?
