My personal opinion:
Very complex interface, non-intuitive, way too many actions to take a note, counter-productive.
Free or not, I trashed it after 15 minutes. Nope, I won't regret it.

Yes very much so. That is one reason it looks and acts the way it does. It is pretty much OneNote for the iPad and Mac. It can even open and edit OneNote files which is a huge plus for a lot of people.

But, if you don't like it, then you don't like it. But IMHO it is a very good product.
