Outlook 11 contacts sync

Does anyone know is there anyway to keep Apple Address Book synced with Outlook 11.

I sync Contacts on iPhone with Address Book via iTunes, so like to keep Address Book updated after I migrated to Outlook 11.

Use the search in the help menu to look for "Sync Services" this will show you were you can activate the address book sync.
