Hi All,
I have a user that when using Entourage created a archive.rge. Two months ago they got upgraded to Outlook 2011. Imported the rge fine and it added it as a folder in outlook. The user has since been dragging messgaes using outlook into this rge file.
The user now has a new Mac. The last time the rge had been changed was when it was originally created.
Question:- Where has all the messages that she dragged into it gone?
Luckily I have a full identity backup before she moved to her new mac.
Any pointers?
