I'm relatively new to using a Mac for office purposes, having recently switched as a longtime PC users to a new MacBook Pro. For the most part the switch to Outlook on the Mac has been seamless. However, due to the smaller hard drive size, I'm needing to reduce files on the hard drive. I'm using an exchange server for email, but of course emails and attachments have added up to the thousands. Most of those can be archived an placed on Dropbox. On the PC I would occasionally export to a PST file. I understand that can't be done on a MAC. I see where some say to export to an OLM file, but I cannot figure how to export to OLM. And, once I do so, am I safe to delete the files in Outlook? Will I be able to easily import OLM files if I need to?
Thank you,
Jeff
