After upgrading to Yosemite last week Outlook 2011 never loads up.
I have tried re installing Office several times. deleting the Main Identities several times and rebooting and renaming. The crash brings up a window each time.

You need to run office updates. You're on 14.1.0, the current is 14.4.9.

Open up Word (seeing as outlook is crashing). Once it's loaded, on the menubar go to "Help" and select "check for updates". Install any and all available updates. You may want to rebuild once again after that, but it should take care of it.

Thank you for your help!

If that doesn't work, do you have access to the Office 2011 installer? Here at work we have to completely uninstall (including residual files) and reinstall Office to fix certain Outlook issues.

At the end of the day, Office 2011 for mac is just a real POS.
