Not good with names and have contacts with different companies. I can remember company name, but not the contacts names.

What would be the best way to store a contact and be able to quickly write their company name and automatically find that person. I've tried company but no luck, nor with organization.

If I create a group, then all of the contacts will be automatically entered and no way to weed out the ones I don't want the email sent to.:(

In Outlook contacts use View > Reading Pane > Below
Now you can sort on Column "Company" to view your contacts.

You can also assign a category to the contacts and use the sort by category option in Contacts.

Another option is to use the nickname field. Anything you enter there is only seen by you. Use a descriptive name like "tall Bob", "Bob from Intel" etc.

When you go to address an email just start entering the nickname and it will use the real email address.
