Outlook 2011 For Mac - Email Schedules

Hi

I am trying to figure out how I can choose how often I want Outlook 2011 to check for new emails. On the Windows version of Outlook (2010) I was able to select how often I wanted it to check for new emails, but I cannot find such an option in Mac2011 version. There is an option called schedules but that doesn't seem to provide the option I want.

Anybody know how this is done please?

Edit: Not to worry. I found out how to do it. Wow, it's a complicated matter to set it up compared to the Windows version.
