I have been using Outlook 2011 for Mac on my MacBookPro (Late 2011) running El Capitan V10.11.5 for some time now with no problems at all.
Yesterday I noticed there was a notification of 11 unread emails in my inbox. When I went in to Outlook there was nothing there! I tried to highlight them so I could delete them but although the highlight worked nothing showed and nothing could be deleted. I have tried many way of deleting these ghost messages but nothing works. I have even created a new folder and tried to drag the messages from the inbox to the new folder in order to delete them...but no luck.
The dock shows them there and it shows 11 messages against my inbox but I cant get rid of them.
Can anyone please help?
