OUTLOOK 2011 + iPhone 4: Calendar alerts not... alerting?

I use my iPhone 4 calendar religiously to keep my appointments straight, etc. I depend on the reminders to keep me on track. Since I set up my Outlook account on Microsoft Outlook 2011 Mac recently, I am not getting reminders chiming through on my iPhone. I know its got to be a setting but damned if I can figure it out.

Help??
