Outlook 2011 Meeting time problems

I have a computer that is having problems displaying the correct meeting times in outlook 2011 version 14.1.14. The user has four devices he uses with the e-mail. The machine and outlook are sent to eastern time zone but when a meeting request its in shows up in central time. Even when the request is sent locally for test from another eastern time machine it still shows up in central time on either machine. All machines have been checked and verified to be in eastern time. An ideas?
