Outlook 2011 "Your mail has been imported"

I have all mails here on what looks like a valid .olm file.

When I go to import using File > Import it goes through its process for about 20 minutes....everything looks like it's working fine. At the end its say "your mail has been imported". All well and good.

But here is the surprise, when you open up Outlook...there is nothing. No mail. No contacts.

Anybody got any ideas on this one?
