Outlook 2016: Error code -19999

Hi

Have an issue with my outlook, the CPU usage is 80% and getting spammed with Sync Errors.
Getting the message "Permission Error. Changes to the event". This going in a cycle every 1 min.
Im on a Macbook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.3.
