Hi!

In my Outlook 2016 there is a bunch of shared calendars from my co-workers.
Only calendars, and i access them via File - Open - Other users folder (directly translated), from there i choose calendar and the user.

This however adds that user as a kind of account. When i compose emails i can choose to send that email "from my co-worker" sort of say. It doesn't work to actually send anything, but they show up there anyway.

1. Can i stop my co-workers accounts from stop showing up under the From: ?

Thats not the problem thou. The problem is that when i click on a email-adress in for example Safari, it opens Outlook and a new email with that adress. All good, but it also sets the top "account" as sender. This top account is one of my co-workers and not my own account.

2. Can i stop this selection of the top account instead of Outlooks defaults account (my account)?

There is only one actual account i my Outlook and that account is by default set as standard account.

Thanks!
