Outlook Calendar 2003 and Iphone4..

Using an Iphone4.. I don't want my Iphone4 calender info to export into Outlook Calender(2003) when I sync to my desktop. But I do want to import the Outlook Calender to my Iphone4 when I sync with my desktop. Can someone please tell me how to make this happen. Thank you so very much.

It's a 2 way sync when you check the box to sync calendars. But you could check the calendar box as well as the box on the bottom of the info tab that says it will do a 1 time replace of the info on the phone with the info on your computer. You would just have to unchecked the sync calendars box again after the one time one way sync. You would have to do these steps every time you want to sync the calendar data.
