Outlook Calendar missing after sync

I have always sync'ed my iphone and my ipad with Outlook 2010 via iTunes. Somehow, my Outlook calendar no longerr shows on my iphone or on my ipad.

My setting in iTunes->Device->Info shows it should be sync'ing with Outlook. I have also Reset Sync History, just in case.

Has anyone seen this before? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.
