Outlook Calendar reminders

Rather odd, over the last couple of days, my watch will show my Outlook Calendar Reminders, an hour before the due time. And, this is despite my Outlook Calendar Reminder being set for 15 minutes before the actual item.

I wonder if I changed something, and did not realize it.

Anyone experience anything like this?

I am using the Outlook Calendar app. And, I just noticed on one Calendar item that I have set daily, with a 5 minute prior to commencement reminder, my watch will remind me, 15 minutes before.

I feel like this only started happening within the last week or so.
